A young child begins school in North America and quickly loses her ability to speak her native language, only to discover that there is more to communicating than just words.

Julianne Li is a Chinese-Canadian storyboard artist and graduate of Sheridan’s Bachelor of Animation program. She has a strong passion for combining drawing and shared experiences to tell new and diverse stories. She is equally committed to teaching aspiring artists and uplifting underrepresented voices in the industry.
